Party Wall Surveys
The purpose of the Party Wall Act is to protect against damage to a neighbouring property and also protect the person instructing the work from inappropriate claims for damages.
The Act requires notices to be served on adjoining owners, which we can undertake as Party Wall surveyors on behalf of the client, and thus ensure the necessary legislative obligations are fulfilled.
