Working closely with the employer/design and build contractor's team Richard Jackson Ltd, to achieve the employer's detailed planning requirements, were required to determine a structural solution to reflect alternative structural grids whilst maintaining the previously established structural zones to ensure the building height already determined did not change.
A composite steel frame was adopted and by careful configuration of beam/slab setting out relationships and careful selection of beam section types Richard Jackson Ltd successfully engineering a workable solution which achieved the employer's requirements.
