Over the last 12 months we’ve taken on a further 2 Apprentices and 2 Kickstart candidates. All have made a fantastic start in their journey and we’ve received so much positive feedback about their progress to date. Congratulations to Will, Evie, Spencer and Oliver – keep up the good work.

“As an engineering apprentice you are constantly learning from those around you. At RJLtd you feel part of the company from day one. The team are extremely supportive which subsequently aids my growth as an engineer. I chose engineering because I want my career to be related to my personal interests which will provide me with new challenges as I learn. The ability the feel fulfilment from my work is also an exciting prospect for me as I strive to feel proud about the work I complete. My goal as an apprentice is to become the best engineer I can be and RJLtd is the right place for me to do that.”
