Further to ongoing situation re Covid-19, please see the following update from Richard Jackson Limited relating to meetings and site visits:
Meetings
In light of the recent government announcements, all of our staff have now been requested not to attend face to face meetings, unless absolutely necessary to undertake their work. We likewise will not be hosting meetings in our offices for the present time. We consider this to be a prudent and sensible approach given the current situation and hope that you would agree. We will still be available to attend conference telephone calls, Skype conferences, or Facetime calls, as you may require.
If meetings are completely unavoidable, then our staff have been requested to comply with the social distancing advice issued by the UK Government.
Site Visits
These will again be restricted to those absolutely necessary for the provision of our services, and staff will apply the recommended advice regards social distancing when doing so. Sadly we cannot attend properties or premises where we have been notified that self-isolation is in place, unless there are particular circumstances which enables us to do so without risk (i.e external inspection only).
Avoidance of places where numbers of people congregate
For the present time we have advised all staff to avoid the use of public transport and public assembly places whilst going about their duties at work.
