This major residential development involved the construction of 500 domestic units located adjacent to the banks of the River Ouse north of the town of St Neots.
The developer required Richard Jackson Ltd to obtain record drawings of existing utility infrastructure within the site from the relevant statutory authorities.
Once the record plans were received and an initial assessment had been made into the infrastructure, enquiries were made to the statutory authorities into determining a firm quotation for providing new service connections to the new plots, together with the production of design layouts for their proposed infrastructure.
With this information, Richard Jackson Ltd then produced detailed Combined Services drawings to allow the Client to see the geology between each individual service, such as water or gas.
