We were really pleased to see planning approval granted for a single storey extension and roof terrace to the Weyside Public House, in Guildford. This extension and planning approval will help the client expand its seating areas, including outside space to address current needs amid the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
As part of the dynamic team, with client Young & Co.’s Brewery, we have assisted by addressing the flood risk issues, where the site is located in Flood Zones 2 and 3, to gain approval from the authorities, including suitable information regarding flood evacuation.
