Richard is a chartered civil engineer with over 20 years experience in civil and structural engineering. His vast knowledge and experience includes the production of site feasibility and pre-purchase reports, drainage strategies and highway appraisals. Acting as project design manager he has been responsible for providing engineering design solutions for a wide variety of projects within the residential, leisure, rail, education, defence and retail sectors.

Kevin has been responsible for the project management of the design of a large variety of schemes, including housing developments and infrastructure schemes for residential and commercial developments of various types and sizes.

Production of Contract documents using ICE 5th Edition, ICE 6th Edition and ICE Minor Works contracts, Specification for Highway Works and the Method of Measurement for Highway Works, and administration of such contracts during the construction phase.

Mark has extensive experience of the engineering issues that need to be resolved prior to gaining planning consent. This includes the early review of sites where most value can be added by resolving major engineering issues in the most efficient manner.

As the Director responsible for all pre-planning engineering, Mark is abreast of the latest policy changes in the fields of Flood Risk Assessment and Transportation. Mark is able to advise clients on all aspects of schemes at the pre-purchase and site appraisal stages including access, drainage, flood risk, transportation, servicing and linking with others in our team he can provide early structural engineering advice and geotechniques.

Laura is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Laura is the Executive Financial Director for the business and is responsible for the company’s financial health. Laura combines both operational and strategic roles, managing the accounting and financial control functions, and establishing the financial strategy for the profitable long-term growth of the business.
